During the coronavirus pandemic, we saw a gap in the market for organic, gluten-free legume pasta. Using our own recipe, we began crafting our artisan pasta using beans and legumes. Having extensive relevant experience within the restaurant industry allowed us to use it in our restaurants to perfect our recipe. One of these restaurants, Café Lilli in Norton received such high praise for the pasta, we knew we had to expand our horizons.

Due to popularity of our pasta, we have decided to go mobile! So, we are available to hire for any markets, festivals, private events you have in mind. It is something unique as we travel to you in our eye-catching "The Pasta Man" car and the fresh pasta is cooked by one of our highly skilled chefs right in-front of you with a little show/ providing hot food wherever you prefer.
What is Casarecce?
Casarecce are short cut pastas that have a cool “S” twist. This makes them look like an ink stamp for Superman. The name itself means “homemade”. While dies are used today, the shape was originally made with a busiate. This was a thin rod that the pasta dough was wrapped around, giving it a hollow form.
